Elegant Nails & Spa at 5915 Calle Real f, Goleta, California.

This is a great place. It's almost 8 miles away from my house but I go there because they're always very friendly and remember my mom and I by name. Once we accidentally came just before closing because we thought they were open later and they stayed late to take care of us. The ladies there are also really talented on doing designs on your nails if you ask for it, and their prices are really reasonable.
